Oh yeah, and a lot of the time it comes before the English. Had to look at this for one of my assignments this year as we're working with North Wales Fire Service to make a fire safety campaign and any handouts/websites/etc we plan for it have to be available in both

The joys of bilingualism. Having said that, despite being in what is arguably the homeland of the Welsh language, we've just taken the revolutionary step of allowing clubs and societies to send out emails in English only, with Welsh merely on request!
