For the list of all current citizens, I have looked included their citizenship applications, if they were not part of the original group of members. We haven't done a census or anything yet so, for older members who joined in our offline days (about three weeks ago and before), I've included recent post links.

[Just a note: Many of the members who are listed as MPs do not seem very active, but that is because Parliament has been meeting in person up until yesterday, and the Speaker of the House has just been announcing its verdicts. Starting with The Currency Act (2012) yesterday, Parliament has decided to meet online for the debating and voting of bills. Thus, you should see more activity in the future. If you have any other questions please contact me.]

Re: New Victoria - SCUE Application
All looks good. Sorry for the delay - as I let people know at Bastion I've been on practically-LOA for the last month and will continue to be so until mid February. We've been tending to go with the idea that I need to say "Welcome, your waiting period starts now," before it starts, but as it was delayed on my end and I don't forsee any objections, it should be fine. I'll just give it a couple more days and then add you to the bank. We'll all be busy over Christmas anyway.

OK, great. Thank you very much for the reply! My nation looks forward to being a SCUE member state soon!Andreas the Wise wrote:All looks good. Also, I've just (pre-emptively) added your nation and subdivisions to the bank - can you register a government account and tell me what the account name is? Then in a day or two I can create your starting funds, transfer them to that account and give it admin permissions over all accounts in that nation.

Re: New Victoria - SCUE Application
Thank you very much! I've just created an account called (very creatively ) "New Victorian Government". Please make that the admin account for New Victoria. After you add the funds and admin privileges there, I should be able to create 14 new accounts, right (i.e. one for each citizen)? Also I forgot to mention it in the application, but none of my citizens have a SCUE account.Andreas the Wise wrote:Also, I've just (pre-emptively) added your nation and subdivisions to the bank - can you register a government account and tell me what the account name is? Thanks again!

You don't need to create accounts for people - they can all register them themselves. Admin permissions just lets you move funds (i.e. for taxes) and to change their passwords if they forget them.

OK, I see no objections, so you're in. I've transferred your starting funds over to the New Victorian Government account - you're all good to go!
If you're stuck for where to go next, here are some good ideas.

Thank you! We're very glad to be part of the SCUE system! Your economics idea thread has been very helpful as well!Andreas the Wise wrote:OK, I see no objections, so you're in. I've transferred your starting funds over to the New Victorian Government account - you're all good to go!

Concerning the creation of new accounts, I think I may just do it all myself. I know it's needless effort on my part, but then at least everyone will have one when tax season comes along. A few of my citizens (including me) are known to be terrible procrastinators, so it will be best just to get it out of way now.

Re: New Victoria - SCUE Application
Hi! Just one question: how exactly do I tax? I cannot see anyway to do it from the main account (New Victorian Government). I can transfer funds, but only to another person.Andreas the Wise wrote:OK, I see no objections, so you're in. Re: New Victoria - SCUE Application
Most SCUE nations haven't done the sort of tax that requires automatic taxing so there isn't much functionality for that. I thought there used to be an automatic tax function (percentage based) but I can't see it anymore, so it may have been dropped from the latest update. My suggestion - get citizens to pay their own tax, or if you don't trust them, do fund transfers from your national account.
