As the MFF is a subordinate of the FMS (Fédération Micraise de Sport), then actually you would need to claim on Micras to gain membership. As a means of being able to keep track of who's involved, who isn't and who's inactive/dead, we only include Micrasian nations in our sports organisations

There's no "verdict". If a nation's not on Micras, they can't be involved, simple as. They're looking to claim in a couple of months' time though, when they're old enough, so if they work on their league during that time, they'll have a nice domestic set-up by the time they join the MFF

Yeah, as soon as you're accepted onto Micras, you're good to be involved! Just keep developing as you are until then, and your claim will be fine
