Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:Following the completion of last season, four on-loan players have departed League 1 and returned to their parent clubs - coincidentally all in Tellia's Serie A - with a mix of expectations for this summer's transfer window.
Striker Phillip Sherman has ended a season-long spell at Cherry Trees for the second time in his career, after his loan in 2007, and once again has had a successful summer internationally with his national team Passas, winning a third EMU Championships title and scoring in the final. With his club Vecchiacittà Calcio's well-documented economical plight continuing, there may be an incentive to allow the 30 year-old to leave permanently, and Cherry Trees are likely to be interested after his nine goals helped the team to a second-placed finish in League 1.
Kumi N'Kosi is another whose return to Tellia is rumoured to not be expected to last long, with the holding midfielder having spent last term at Osĵätoņ Aztecs. The 28 year-old was initially loaned from FC Fiorecittà due to the Aztecs' busy window last year majorly affecting their funds, with a permanent move beyond their capabilities, and a relatively solid campaign in League 1 for the Alexandrian is thought to have impressed enough for the management to want a full transfer to go ahead before next season starts.
Another FC Fiorecittà loanee was winger Jón-Vorgeņ Herä who spent last season at Róndlinga Diamonds. The 22 year-old Crait found the net twice as the team struggled in the league, but with limited possibilities of first-team football at his parent club, he could be moving elsewhere this summer, with the Diamonds reportedly fond of his performances.
Herä's fellow FiorAccademia product Jan Tórsen was based at Zekäbelóman Kahthajtensen in 2016. While he struggled to hold onto a starting place at the bottom-half club, the forward scored two league goals last season - both against eventual champions Xäiville Teflons - and began to improve his form at the back end of the campaign. Now 23 years-old, the Crait faces extremely stiff competition for action in Serie A. While ZK may look for someone more prolific as a potential strike partner for Tór Fredriksen, Tórsen could find a new home in another top league at a club willing to take a gamble.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:A grand total of 17 League 1 players have announced their full retirements from the sport following the 2016 season, opening a number of squad places needing to be filled before the October 1st transfer deadline. While Biulya äqi Jedu will not be losing any players due to retiring, the remaining nine top-tier clubs will be parting ways with at least one star.
One of the most high-profile retirees this summer is Cherry Trees' winger Tiem P. Jones. Now aged 34 and with his role at the club diminishing, the Crait rejected offers in other nations' leagues to call and end to his career as a one-club man. Despite spending the majority of his international call-ups as back-up to legendary captain Manta, Jones still amassed eighty caps for Craitland and featured in every tournament winning squad. As an ever-present in Cherry Trees' squad since the team's foundation, the midfielder retires with an impressive thirteen club honours to his name.
Eĵars Town have two outgoings with Craitish centre-back Markko Demb (35) and Tellian midfielder Giampaolo Cortevecchia (34) calling time. Both players joined the club for their début season in 2004 and have spent 13 campaigns with "The Pointers".
After narrowly escaping relegation via a tense play-off, HóC will be missing two names from their squad from next season. Striker Jon Karlsen (33) ends his 14-year affiliation with his hometown club, while Lakkvia's Hurmu-born defensive midfielder Tuomas Hjular (35) is also retiring. Hjular joined the club in the summer of 2007 from AC Pojoinenkaupunki and won two King's Cups with the team, as well as the 2013 Copa Apollonia with Hurmu in that time.
Kealb are one of the worst hit teams in terms of departures. The surprise League 1 runners-up in 2012 finished bottom of the pile last season and may be looking for a fresh start with a new group of players this summer. Club captain and left-back Zyxveldt Fredriksen (34), stopper Johaņ Chentzansio (36), and centre-back Hänä Paulsen (34) have chosen to hang their boots up. While Fredriksen and Paulsen's appearances in the team have dwindled in recent seasons, Chentzansio leaves as the recognised starting 'keeper and the only one of the three to have been included in a Craitish squad; making the provisional World Cup 35 in 2012. All three players spent their entire careers at Kealb after joining for the club's first season.
Two further internationals have announced their retirements for the Aztecs. Another Lakkvian-eligible Hurmudan in Jyrki Paatelainen retires aged 35 after nine years in Osĵätoņ, having signed in 2007 from FC Huyenkula. The centre-back's time in Craitland was topped by two league and two international titles. Fellow defender Milo Cräite is another to call time; the 34 year-old is another one-club man, having joined prior to the first ever League 1 season, and the versatile back earned two caps for Craitland in his time.
Milo's twin brother Markko Cräite (34) is Róndlinga Diamonds' only retiree this year. The striker has been with the club during the entirety of its existence and his performances and goals were frequent contributors to the club's successes until recent seasons.
With no disrespect due to any of the other retirements this summer, Sverige Tiem's are the absolute end of an era for Craitish football. The team's midfield will have its work cut-out to fill the gap that both Hjaņ Herä and Äl Chentzansio-Herä will leave in their retirement. Herä (35) took over the club's captaincy in 2013, eleven seasons after joining for the inaugural League 1 season, and is arguably the team's most famous son. At one time being the most-capped Craitish player, Herä ended his international career in 2014 with 104 caps and five goals having been a guaranteed starter for every one of Craitland's tournament victories. Chentzansio-Herä (34) was himself an established international for Craitland, having scored four goals in 27 caps and winning two World Cups, and also joined Sverige during their foundation in 2002. In addition, bit-part striker Alexis Yaqinsen (33) is also retiring after 14 years with his local club.
Third-choice stopper Morteņ K'aĵräk is Xäiville Teflons' sole departure from retirement this summer. The 35 year-old is another one-club player whose career has spanned the existence of League 1 so far.
Finally, ZK will see two players leave for retirement. Left-back Grant Jón (35) ends a 13-season spell with the club after being one of its first players, while central midfielder and captain Chris K'asan (34) - signed from Kealb in 2008 - has also hung-up his boots

Craitman wrote:The first permanent outgoing transfer of the summer has occurred, with Róndlinga Diamonds allowing striker Andrew Lee to depart.
Lee, 34, has represented both his birth nation of Riponia and adopted nation of Nova England in EMU Championships and World Cups, and started his club career at Ripon City Magnets before moving as a free agent to the Diamonds in 2008 after Riponia's demise. Despite his eight seasons in League 1 being trophy-less, he was a firm favourite with the Róndlinga fans.
Nova England's Soxceter FC, who now play in the Mercury Second League, have acquired Lee's services for a reported fee of Cr 200,000. Alongside the retirement of Markko Cräite this summer, Róndlinga will need to look at bringing-in attacking signings before the deadline.

Craitman wrote:Zekäbelóman Kahthajtensen have announced somewhat of a transfer coup as they begin to fill the gaps in their squad for this season.
With goals not as easy to come by for ZK in comparison to other League 1 teams last term, young Gerenian forward Imre Dameanóvița has signed for Cr 4 million. Joining from Ramez White Stars, where his impressive 17 goals helped the team to a second consecutive Gerenian title last season, the 21 year-old becomes the second Gerenian international to move to Craitland following Zelmar Toscano's move to BäJ in 2013.
Dameanóvița has been given the club's number eight jersey, last worn by Chris K'asan, and is expected to immediately contend for a place in the starting line-up for the next match.

Craitman wrote:Gerenia's champions Ramez White Stars have said goodbye to a second star player in the space of a day, with midfielder Zorau Pánčaster joining Sverige Tiem.
Following the retirement of Hjaņ Herä, Sverige's primary transfer focus this summer was on a holding midfielder to assume the Crait's mantle, and Pánčaster was seemingly targeted very early in the window. Sverige coach Freddie Pellegrino said of the 26 year-old: "He's a tremendous player and one of the best on Micras in that role. Following Hjaņ's [Herä] decision to call it a day after last season, we knew exactly where to look for his natural successor, and we are excited to call Zorau one of our own after agreeing a Cr 8 million deal with Ramez."
Pánčaster's pedigree is backed-up by his continual selection in the Gerenian starting eleven, with his performances being key to the national team's victories in the Copa Apollonia and Confederations Cup, and that he was voted the Gerenian Footballer of the Year in 2015. With the confidence that he can replace Herä, Pánčaster will wear his vacated number seven shirt at Sverige, and is available for the club's next fixture.

Craitman wrote:In a day where it was apparent League 1 clubs have been visiting north-western Apollonia on transfer business, Osĵätoņ Aztecs have clinched a deal for another Gerenian to come to Craitland.
Defender Jan Korau has put pen to paper on a contract to seal a Cr 7 million move from KP International. The 25 year-old centre-back has been a fixture in Gerenia's national side since their FMF membership began, usually as a starter throughout their qualifying and tournament campaigns, and has finished as a runner-up in Gerenian League 1 for the past two seasons with International. Korau is widely regarded as an archetypal central defender, being strong, patient and good in the air, and was part of a defence which only conceded eight goals for the entirety of the Gerenian clausura championship earlier in the year.
Having begun his career at KZ Gerze, Korau transferred to International in January 2014 for an undisclosed fee, and scored the winning goal in last year's FMF Confederations Cup as he has progressed from strength to strength. Korau's favourite number is 15, and he will wear that shirt for the Aztecs as he does for the national team, with Victório Pellegrino moving into the vacant number six.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:After a week of rumours and multiple bids, Eĵars Town have confirmed the departure of midfielder Ĵulian Ólsen as part of a record-breaking double deal. Mercury Premier League side Dynamo Deacon are the destination, and a mega Cr 30 million deal has sealed the transfer of both Ólsen and goalkeeper Francis Hjansen from "The Pointers".
Dynamo's management have spoken of their desire to win a Mercurian title in the next couple of years, and bringing-in a high-profile international player like Ólsen shows the commitment to make true that aim, while the fee indicates that the club means business in the transfer window. The 22 year-old is one of Craitland's brightest stars and has already earned over forty caps despite his young age; being a frequent starter for the national team for the past three years. Ólsen turned professional with Eĵars Town in 2010, aged 16, and helped the club to a promotion to League 1 and subsequent third-place finish in 2015, as well as spending a season on loan at Hamland's Hamlet O'Groppa United.
In an unexpected turn of events, Dynamo have also splashed-out for goalkeeper Francis Hjansen as part of the deal. The 20 year-old began his career in the same season as Ólsen; joining Eĵars as a 14 year-old, and spent a term on loan in Sanilla with Malarboria Fire in 2013, before cementing himself as the team's first choice two seasons ago as they finished third. While he has yet to receive a full call-up for Craitland, he was included in the under-21 squad aged just 15, and is tipped to be the national side's long-term number one before long; a position that can only be helped by experiencing a different league's style of football.
With Hjansen's signing, rumours will now abound regarding Kieran Mercury, with the stopper having announced his international retirement earlier this summer and being the bookies' favourite to be Mercury's next manager; a role he would surely have to quite playing entirely to fulfil properly.
With Deacon highly likely to have been the team to submit the unsuccessful Cr 14 million bid for Ólsen alone, the reported designation of the transfer fees is Cr 18 million for Ólsen and Cr 12 million for Hjansen. This split would be representative of Ólsen's experience compared to Hjansen's potential, but would also mean the pair would be the first and second most expensive Craitish footballers ever, respectively; leapfrogging the Cr 10 million paid for Tellian-based Tim Ula in 2015.

The Alexandrian spent the season on loan at the Aztecs in 2016 and it was no secret that both player and club wished to make the move permanent this summer. FC Fiorecittà accepted a Cr 8 million bid earlier this weekend, with N'Kosi already in Craitland expectant of a medical, and the inevitable deal was confirmed post-haste. The 28 year-old will take the 22 jersey he wore last season, now on a permanent basis, and will be hoping to continue where he left-off in May.

Craitman wrote:Róndlinga Diamonds have announced the signings of their two primary transfer targets for the window after sealing a double deal from FC Fiorecittà.
Last week, the Diamonds' management team publicly announced their aim to sign both Jón-Vorgeņ Herä and Jan Tórsen, and the FiorAccademia products have today joined for a combined fee of Cr 4 million. After a respectable spell at Róndlinga last term, Herä has garnered a Cr 2.5 million cut of that transfer, while Tórsen is valuated at Cr 1.5 million after an unfruitful spell at ZK.
Winger Herä, 22, regains his number 11, with 23 year-old Tórsen taking the 9. Additionally, fellow striker Craitman Dóral has been given the club's number 10 for this season; vacating the 25.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:Phillip Sherman has returned to Cherry Trees for a third spell with the Craitish capital side, albeit on a permanent transfer this time.
Following two loan spells nine years apart, in 2007 and 2016, Passasian Sherman has ended a tumultuous five-year spell at Tellia's Vecchiacittà Calcio by penning a contract with "The Whites". The 30 year-old joins the club with which he has a great affinity for a fee of Cr 17 million, with Vecchiacittà having aimed to recoup a considerable amount of the Cr 25 million spent on the forward in 2011 as they look to overcome the financial turmoil following DaeZoom's reduction in bankrolling the club.
Sherman retains the 19 shirt he wore last season, while teammate Aprem Neil's role in the team looks to have been increased after being awarded the number 7 - last worn by club legend Tiem P. Jones - in favour of his former number 12.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:Kealb have made history in becoming the first Craitish team to secure the services of a female player.
Young goalkeeper Julia K'elt has agreed professional terms with the 2012 League 1 runners-up after having spent time on trial during the summer. K'elt, who travelled with the Craitish national women's team for their World Championships campaign in Vyktory, is somewhat of a surprising addition to the men's leagues as she plays second fiddle to Mariana Vorgensdótór for the CÓNECT Vixens, but Kealb's management were clearly impressed with her.
Head coach Peter Ula said; "We looked at a couple of youth stoppers this summer to fill Johaņ's [Chentzansio] place, but Julia really stood-out. Of course there will be cynics who say we've brought her in for reasons other than football, but the truth is she's a terrific prospect between the sticks and we believe she has the potential to thrive in a professional club environment and learn from players like Zakr [Darzi]." K'elt's attributes are typical of a goalkeeper. Despite being only 17 years of age, she is already a towering 6'7" and, as a former gymnast, her reflexes and agility are notably impressive.
Although not in the same league system and technically not obligated to transfer fees, Kealb have compensated the Vixens with Cr 34,000 for the transferal of K'elt's registration.
While the team's number 1 jersey was vacant, K'elt has chosen to wear the 17 - matching her age - while fellow 'keeper Vorgeņ Zóma takes the number 1 despite Zakr Darzi being the side's designated first choice. Centre-back Gheorghe Demo has been allocated the number 3 for the upcoming year.

Craitman wrote:A number of former-Novatainian internationals have had their moves to Craitland confirmed; signing as free agents following the dissolution of the nation earlier in 2016. All of the following players will play under Passasian eligibility, and join BäJ's Mart Hil'jandé and Chris Alberto in League 1's list of Novatainia-born players.
Last season's bottom-placed team Kealb have brought left-back Tom Nova in. The 29 year-old appeared in three World Cup squads for his birth nation, and was an integral part of their Copa Apollonia-winning side in 2012. Nova's last professional club was St Nova Strikers, whom he joined in 2007 when the Novatainian league was founded. He will wear Kealb's 21 shirt.
Fellow defender Patrick Little has agreed terms with Eĵars Town as they look to bring-in players after four departures earlier in the window. The former St Nova City centre-back, now 31, made his international breakthrough in 2010 and played in five tournaments, including the 2012 Copa Apollonia victory. In addition, after Francis Hjansen's departure, stopper Thomas McBride has also joined on a free. The 28 year-old previously spent his career at Helenax Rovers and was included in five World Cup squads, although never made a Copa Apollonia side. Eĵars' number 23 will be Little's for the foreseeable future, while McBride will be number 1 although is expected to serve as a back-up to Freddie Pellegrino.
Zekäbelóman Kahthajtensen have added midfielder Lijah Cuu to their squad for no cost. The central midfielder was a tournament regular for Novatainia between 2010 and 2013, and showed his eye for goal by getting on the scoresheet during the victorious Copa Apollonia campaign in 2012. Now aged 31 and having previously only ever played for Ridgedon Rams, with whom he won the AEFA Cup two season ago, he will take ZK's number 6 jersey.
Probably the biggest name, and certainly the biggest player, coming to the league in this group is midfielder David Cee. The central midfielder, famous - alongside brother Zig - for his considerable height and build, has joined Hänävissen-ó-Cräiteland as a seeming strong enforcer to replace the retiring Tuomas Hjular. Cee is now 28 and played for Novatica United as they won the AEFA Champions' League in 2008 as well as in Novatainia's Copa Apollonia win, and takes HóC's squad number 11.

Valencian defender Luís Blanco has been offered a contract by Osĵätoņ Aztecs after training with the side over the summer. While seen as a surprise move by some, the former Helenax Rovers right-back has World Cup experience and is a capable understudy in the position. The 31 year-old will wear Milo Cräite's vacated number 12 shirt.
Additionally, Arjun Tebeck becomes the fifth Tokish player to ply his trade in Craitland's top flight. While now eligible for Shireroth following Toketi's demise earlier this year, Tebeck played for Rielar Reflex since their foundation and was a consistent goalscorer in the old TIFSoF League despite never making a Tokish tournament squad. The striker, now 30, has joined Róndlinga Diamonds as a free agent and wears the club's 25.

Re: 2016 Craitish transfers
Craitman wrote:Kealb and Senyan Top League outfit Urzi Magalatska have agreed to a two-way season-long loan deal for two of their more well-known players.
As a means of eradicating their defensive frailties, Kealb have brought centre-back Harë Ëgermarč in from Urzi for the season. The 25 year-old is highly-regarded and is no stranger to receiving call-ups for the Senyan national team, having been included in the 2015 World Cup and being unfortunate to not make the victorious 2016 Copa Apollonia final twenty. The defender becomes the third Senyan to play in League 1, and is Kealb's second defensive addition this week; taking the club's number 18 shirt.
In return, Craitland winger Lydveldt Loresen is to spend the remainder of the season with Urzi. The 31 year-old left-sided midfielder has earned fifty caps for the Craitish national team, scoring five times, and has notable experience of playing abroad after starting his career in Greenuk before a short stint with Tellia's FC Fiorecittà. Since joining Kealb in 2008, he has helped the team to a second-place finish in the league, but his main achievement was winning the inaugural Under-21 World Cup in 2007. Loresen will certainly face competition for a starting place at Urzi, as the club aims to break into the top half of Senya's top flight for the first time since sealing promotion in 2013.
Loresen's departure will now fuel the rumours of a new winger joining Kealb, with Romero youth product Juan Pellegrino having been tipped for a loan spell in Craitland this term already.
